No replacement of authority
VREC is designed to preserve evidence about records and their lifecycle. It does not replace a regulator, registry, certification authority, notary, auditor, laboratory, licensed professional, or other authority responsible for the underlying statement or decision.
Operator and contracting boundary
No final contracting entity is presented through this website. The global entity name, registration details, address, and governing service terms remain subject to formation and professional advice. They will be published before VREC accepts accounts, evidence, payments, or service contracts.
