Subject to formation and professional advice, the intended global company will own the product, evidence model, schemas, software, developer interfaces, verification experience, Chain Gateway, and partner program.
Local operating model
Local operations will apply the same product to jurisdiction-specific workflows.
Local operations will map workflows, sell bounded assessments and integrations, support customers, and convert implementation knowledge into reusable playbooks for the common platform.
One platform will support many workflow integrations without separate sector products.
Validated requirements from local workflows will be evaluated as reusable changes to the common evidence model, policies, connectors, and verification interfaces.
