Verification, Registration, Evidence and Certification

VREC adds independently verifiable evidence to records created by existing software.

The planned API-first product will turn documents, events, approvals, and decisions into signed, timestamped, and status-aware Evidence Receipts.

The product

VREC is designed for regulated and high-trust workflows that cross organizational boundaries.

The customer’s ERP, CRM, LIMS, registry, document system, or other source application remains the system of record. VREC adds a verification layer at a defined issuance, approval, transfer, amendment, revocation, or closing event.

Evidence contents

The evidence model records issuer context, integrity, time, and current status.

01

Issuer

Identify who issued or approved the record and which authority or policy applied.

02

Integrity

Bind the evidence to a deterministic fingerprint without publishing sensitive source data.

03

Time

Preserve when evidence was created, signed, timestamped, and anchored.

04

Status

Show whether evidence is active, superseded, suspended, expired, or revoked.

Integration sequence

The planned integration creates evidence at a defined workflow event.

  1. 01
A record reaches a meaningful event

A certificate is issued, a decision approved, a report delivered, or a transaction closed.

  2. 02
The existing system sends the evidence event

Through the planned API, SDK, webhook, or a managed connector.

  3. 03
VREC creates a portable Evidence Receipt

Signature, time, integrity, assurance policy, lifecycle status, and selected public anchoring.

  4. 04
    Any authorized party can verify

By URL, QR, proof package, or the independent verifier—without trusting a screenshot.

Assurance policies

Each evidence policy specifies the signature, timestamp, disclosure, and anchoring method.

VREC is designed to support automatic network selection, Solana, Arbitrum, dual anchoring, direct anchoring, or a no-public-anchor policy when required.
